Ace-Ace

This is the best Hold'em poker hand you can hope to have. It's the best of the best, and will win more than any other hand. Also known as American Airlines, pocket rockets, and bullets.

AA is the best starting hand in Texas Hold Em but it is not an 80% favorite. Its is only about a 20% favorite against mulitple opponents which is still better than any other starting hand. The main reason you should always raise with AA preflop is to cut down on the number of opponents against you. AA holds up a higher percentage of the time against a few opponents (2-3.) The more opponents you allow into the pot when you are holding AA increases the chances you will get the hand cracked.
