It was settled out of court which means noone other than Jamie Gold and (whatever his name is) know the answer.. Others can only speculate. What it was supposed to be was half the winnings after taxes. The plan was to set up a Nevada Corporation (probably S Corp) to accept the money. After the Corp. pays taxes it would pay half of its remaining assets to the other party.
